• You are a current and in good standing member of the Virginia State Bar (or able to waive in).
• You have 1-5 years of corporate transactional experience, including contract review.
• Some healthcare corporate experience in private practice setting is preferred but not required.
• You have a strong academic record and references.
• You are a smart, driven attorney seeking to learn and grow in a team environment,
• You are dedicated to excellent client service and have a passion for the practice of law.
