The compensation for this position will be $115,000 - $150,000 annually. The exact compensation will vary by experience, education and location.

SUMMARY The Senior Manager, Indirect Category Management leads category strategies, sourcing programs, supplier management activities, and complex procurement initiatives for assigned Indirect spend categories. This role partners with business leaders to understand requirements, improve supplier value, deliver cost savings, and strengthen procurement process discipline. The Senior Manager provides direct leadership to assigned procurement resources, including coaching, prioritization, work allocation, performance feedback, and professional development.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven procurement leader who excels at managing strategic professional services categories and cultivating senior stakeholder relationships across the organization. They bring extensive experience negotiating consulting, legal, audit, tax, engineering, and advisory services agreements; developing category strategies; optimizing supplier portfolios; and delivering sustainable cost reductions while ensuring business continuity, regulatory compliance, and service excellence.
