Monday, Wednesday, Friday 1:00 pm‑9:00 pm (Part‑time).

Thrive Specialty Pediatric Care, a leading private duty nursing company partnered with Aveanna Healthcare, seeks dedicated LPN/LVN practitioners to provide pediatric homecare for toddlers with G‑tube/Tracheostomy support. The role emphasizes compassionate care and excellent clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care, including G‑tube/Tracheostomy maintenance and medication administration.
• Monitor patient status, assess for changes, and communicate findings to supervising clinicians.
• Document care reliably via Aveanna’s tablet system.
• Collaborate with family caregivers and interdisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice; compact license transferred within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on); training provided after hire if required.
• Valid TB skin test within last 12 months.
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
