• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use data to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising and signing.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Assist with fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services back to the sales floor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while complying with applicable laws (e.g., adult beverage laws where required).
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and helping solve their needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners and technology as directed
• Effective communication and teamwork; ability to resolve guest questions quickly
• Ability to stay focused and calm in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

• Accurate cash handling as needed
• Ability to climb stairs/ladders where applicable
• Safely handle and move merchandise, including lifting up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions; maintain mobility during shift
