The Opportunity

As a Trader Trainee, you’ll enter a proven training program that teaches you how to trade commodities, build relationships, and grow your own book of business from the ground up. You’ll learn from experienced traders, many with 10–15+ years tenure, who’ve been exactly where you are.

• Build and grow long-term customer relationships
• Prospect, negotiate, and close deals

• Develop and manage your own book of business
