Job SummaryStretch Lab is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate should be passionate about health and wellness, should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and should have a proven track record in sales and customer service. Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building customer relationships, and ensuring the overall success of our studio.
Responsibilities- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Actively promote Stretch Lab services to new and existing clients.
- Conduct sales consultations and effectively communicate the benefits of our stretching programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and customer‑centric environment.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Studio Manager to achieve overall studio objectives.
- Collaborate with Flexologists and other team members to enhance the client experience.
- Participate in training sessions to stay informed about new services and industry trends.
- Assist in the day‑to‑day operations of the studio, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure that all sales and operational processes are followed consistently.
- Support marketing initiatives to drive awareness and attract new clients.
- Contribute ideas for promotions and events to increase studio visibility.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the wellness or fitness industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Enthusiastic about health and wellness.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic knowledge of stretching and fitness is a plus.
