Enhance and remediate defects in a recently developed Salesforce application that has been released to production. The role will deliver business-driven enhancements, resolve defects, and support Salesforce releases using Copado CI/CD.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows, Apex classes and triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Use a configuration-first approach, favoring declarative tools such as Flows, validation rules, and permission sets before custom code.
Manage source control, deployments, and release pipelines across Salesforce environments using Copado.
Write and maintain Apex unit tests that meet org code-coverage requirements.
Collaborate with the Dev Ops team to debug, triage, and remediate defects.
Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment notes, and release documentation.
Use Jira to document user stories, acceptance criteria, design changes, and defects for enhancements and remediation.

Required/Preferred

Skills:

Required

Hands-on experience with Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including Flow Builder, Process Builder migration, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets.
Production experience with Copado or comparable Salesforce CI/CD tooling.
Experience writing Apex unit tests and supporting Dev Ops-driven defect remediation.
Jira experience with Agile stories, acceptance criteria, and defect tracking.
Strong written communication and technical documentation skills.

Preferred

Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities, such as Agentforce, Einstein, or Prompt Builder, or familiarity with recent Dream force announcements.
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
Experience supporting government or public-sector Salesforce implementations.
