• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus (paid in installments)

• Home Daily with consistent 48-hour resets

• Avg Weekly Pay: $1,300+ after 90 days (top drivers $1,500+)

• Pay: $0.56–$0.63 CPM (based on experience) or minimum mileage band pay

• Extra Pay: $20 per stop + short route minimums

• Training: $125 for on-site day + $50 per ride-along (3–4 rides)

• Freight: Dry & refrigerated, no-touch, live-unload grocery freight

• Routes: 1,600–1,700 miles weekly (2 routes per day, 11–14 hr shifts)

• Shifts: Start between noon & midnight, weekends required

• Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off (same 2 days off weekly after ramp-up)

• Home Time: Daily + consistent 48-hour resets

• Equipment: Newer day cabs, slip-seat operation

• Home daily, no OTR

• Paid vacation: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 7 years, 4 weeks after 10 years

• 24/7 operations & shop support

• CDL A license

• Must have personal transportation to/from DC daily

• Must be available afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays
