10-4 Logistics is currently hiring CDL school graduates to start strong in the trucking industry. Trainees will receive one-on-one mentorship, paid orientation, and ongoing support as they move from a training phase to solo driving on an Eastern regional dry van fleet.
During training, earnings are $850 per week, with solo driving paying $1,600–$1,800+ per week. Benefits begin from day one, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
