We are looking for a Warehouse Clerk to support our daily warehouse and inventory operations. This position is responsible for pulling and organizing materials, maintaining accurate inventory counts, assisting with receiving and returns, and ensuring materials are delivered to job sites in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Pull, organize, and prepare materials based on inventory requests submitted through our inventory management system (ICS).
• Operate forklift to load and unload deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting stock counts and verifying material quantities.
• Assist with receiving incoming materials by cross-checking packing slips against actual deliveries to ensure accuracy.
• Process physical material returns by organizing and restocking materials or returning items to suppliers as needed.
• Deliver materials from the warehouse or suppliers to job sites in a safe and timely manner.
• Assist with organizing and storing incoming materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures when handling, storing, and transporting materials.
• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to support daily operations and improve warehouse efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift Certification preferred.
• Previous warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory management systems.

• Must have a valid Virginia driver's license.
• Must have positive points on state driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age unless company approval is granted.
• Must not have had a DUI, DWI, or reckless driving conviction in the last five years.
• All driving records are run as part of our pre-employment process and reviewed at the discretion of the Safety Team.
• Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
