• As an Automotive Technician, you will professionally inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services, delivering an excellent guest experience. You will have the opportunity to mentor and continually learn about new technologies in the rapidly changing automotive industry, and you will work effectively in a team environment.
• Troubleshoot problems and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills.
• Inspect, repair, and diagnose the following systems: brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioning, and coolant systems.
• Maintain expected standards of sales, service, safety, and housekeeping. Use protective equipment when operating machinery and manual tools.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including handling tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have three years of experience in automotive repair, including diagnosis, problem-solving, and repairs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) A4 Certification in Steering and Suspension and A5 Certification in Brakes, and State inspection licenses and/or MAC certified.

The pay range for this position is up to $35/hour, based on experience. The pay range is $22-$35/hour; base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Selected candidates may be eligible for medical, prescription, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, tuition assistance, sick and vacation time, and tire discounts.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to cover business operational needs. Depending on location, stores may be open 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to use technology and various applications and programs to support correct diagnostics.
• Utilize tools, skills, and product knowledge to make recommendations to guests based on manufacturing guidelines.
