Base pay range$62,400.00/yr - $83,200.00/yr

We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate EV Specialist to join our team and help us lead the charge towards a greener, more sustainable future. You’ll be the go-to expert on all things electric, inspiring customers with the latest in EV technology, guiding them through an exhilarating buying experience, and playing a key role in transforming the automotive landscape.
Responsibilities- Customer Engagement:
Be the face of our EV revolution. Welcome customers with enthusiasm, share your passion for electric vehicles, and provide in-depth knowledge about their benefits and features. - Sales:
Drive the future by matching customers with their perfect EV, showcasing the latest models, and closing deals with confidence. - Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the latest EV models, technology, and industry trends; share expertise with the team and customers. - Test Drives:
Coordinate and conduct test drives that highlight the unique capabilities of our EVs. - Customer Support:
Provide exceptional post-sale support and follow-up to address inquiries and concerns. - Marketing:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that promote our EV lineup. - Documentation:
Manage all necessary paperwork and documentation related to EV sales and financing.
- Experience:
Automotive sales experience is a plus, especially with electric vehicles. Passion for EVs and willingness to learn is welcome. - Knowledge:
Understanding of electric vehicle technology, charging infrastructure, and market trends. - Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; ability to explain complex technical information clearly. - Customer Service:
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships. - Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in automotive technology or sales are a bonus. - License:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Pay is commensurate with experience and is paid at a flat rate hourly.
