Bob Bell Ford in Glen Burnie, MD is currently seeking experienced Diesel Service Technicians to join our team.
Base pay range$40,000.00/yr - $/yr
We offer flexible work schedules and pay that is commensurate with experience. The more hours you work, the more you make. Our shop is busy with appointments scheduled months in advance, so this position offers a steady stream of work.

- Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards.
- Test‑drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional required service and provide an estimate of time needed for extra repairs.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
- 2+ years of Service Technician experience required.
- Ford‑Certified is a plus.
- Qualifications at the B level, including diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair.
- Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Positive, friendly attitude with strong customer service mentality.
- Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team player and must have a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications; able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
