Qualifications- 2+ years of management experience within a dental setting.
- Experience working in a dental or medical office is required.
- Experience in insurance processes and billing is a must.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and practice management software.
- Strong attention to detail, compliance, and confidentiality in handling patient records and office operations.
