Main Street Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics of Glen Burnie is looking for a Dental Hygienist Assistant in Glen Burnie, Maryland, to join our clinical team. • Prepare and set up treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper sterilization
• Assist dental hygienists during patient treatment progress
• Update patient health history and chart treatment progress
• Expose and develop radiographs (if certified)
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
• Coordinate with clinical staff to manage inventory and sterilization of dental instruments
• Support the hygienist with patient scheduling and treatment recommendations and office recall systems
• Perform routine tasks while ensuring compliance with the industry regulations including HIPAA & OSHA

• High school diploma or GED (Required)
• Associate or certification in Dental Assisting (Preferred but not required)
• Radiology certification (if applicable)
• CPR certification (Preferred but can be obtained upon hiring)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
