Harmon, Inc.

Support the regional project teams by ensuring control of all project-related financial management activities.  Assist regional leaders in driving accountability and consistency of financial processes and procedures. Collaborate with the Finance team to improve financial systems, processes, and controls.
** POSITION DESCRIPTION
** Your top priority is to support the project financial management activities for the project management team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with policy, process, and contractual requirements.
* Support the regional project teams to maintain financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
* Provide analysis and insights during the monthly and quarterly forecast updates.
* Draw on your understanding of cost to date and cost to complete to articulate the financial position of projects.
* Support the change order management process by collaborating with the project teams during pricing and preparing documentation for processing.
** EXPERIENCE
* *** What you need to be successful
*** Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is preferred
* 3 years minimum of accounting experience
* 1-3 year construction industry experience is required
* Familiarity with construction contracts, job costing, and AIA progress billings
