Relationship Banker at SECU Credit Union

As a Relationship Banker, you embrace SECU’s brand and deliver financial education to our members and communities. Your day may start with consulting with members about their banking needs, reviewing current banking relationships, following up with a member about a business loan, or strategizing to help a member save for college, a home, a wedding, or other significant life milestone. You may find yourself at a business or other community event talking to participants about financial literacy or SECU offerings, or head out to SECU volunteer events, earning up to 12 hours paid time off per quarter.

You promote financial literacy, the credit union movement and our talent brand. • Consult with members about their banking needs and goals.
• Review and nurture existing banking relationships.
• Follow up with members on business loans and other products.
• Strategize to help members save for life milestones.
• Engage in community events and financial literacy talks.
• Participate in volunteer events and earn paid time off.
• Build emotional connections and promote SECU’s brand.

• Consultative sales experience in a financial or banking industry.
• Proven record of building customer loyalty and expanding financial literacy.
• Goal attainment with strong familiarity of retail banking products and services.

  Min. $21.35 – Max. $32.02

— Member Advisor II / Relationship Banker II

• Hourly Pay Range:
  Min. $24.62 – Max. $39.42
