Akehurst Landscape is looking for a motivated, team-oriented, experienced individual to join our team as a Landscape Supervisor. This position involves supervising multiple crews and managing quality control.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality control through property inspections, site visits, and client meetings
• Supervise, train, and evaluate employees
• Support and enforce safety guidelines and meetings, including PPE usage
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Team Leaders
• Assist in achieving quality, growth, and profitability objectives
• Apply landscape maintenance techniques
• Maintain good organization skills
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and create reports
• Pay high attention to detail with a strong work ethic
• Lead and motivate crews to stay on budget and schedule
• Work hands-on in a fast-paced environment
• Be reliable, punctual, honest, and team-oriented
• Willing to learn through hands-on and classroom training

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of verified residential or commercial landscape experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to walk long distances on uneven ground at jobsites
• Valid driver's license
• DOT license is a plus
