Job Description
High Risk Breast Nurse Practitioners providers will:
- Full time weekday schedule
- No call coverage, weekend or after hours.
- Experience as an NP is required with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Oncology or Women’s Health experience is preferred
- Evaluate, assess and manage a wide variety of patients for high risk of cancer and benign breast disease to include genetic evaluations, family history, breast pain, high risk lesions, pre-cancer abnormal mammograms and surveillance
- Independently provide care in outpatient setting, seeing approximately 10-15 patients including new patients and full up care
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to include breast surgeons, general surgeons, medical oncology, radiation oncology as well as compassionate support and ancillary staff.

- Master of Science degree with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner required.
- Board Certification Nurse Practitioner
- Two (2) years required proven experience working as a Nurse Practitioner
- Ideal candidate will have background experience in with and treating breast cancer patients, oncology or long standing work history as a women’s health nurse practitioner.
- Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner required.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required.
- Current NRP and PALS certifications
- DEA and CDS eligible.
