Business Development Representative

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. The ideal candidate should possess strong client acquisition skills in Mental and Behavioral Health. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of B2B sales processes, and a passion for technology sales.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calling and visiting prospective clients to generate leads and conversion.
  • Manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
  • Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
  • Demonstrate negotiation skills to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding product offerings and addressing client inquiries effectively.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales, preferably in the Mental Health and Behavioral Health sector.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation and closing sales deals successfully.
  • Experience in customer service roles is a plus, showcasing an ability to understand client needs.
  • A proactive approach to business development with a focus on achieving targets and driving results.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies that complement business development efforts is desirable.
