Make a difference as a Sales Administrator

As a Full-Time Sales Administrator at GERSTEL in Linthicum, MD, you will take on a variety of pivotal responsibilities to drive customer satisfaction and streamline operations. You'll prepare and generate precise quotations, collaborating with the sales team to meet customer needs while adhering to established pricing structures. In order processing, you will review incoming orders for accuracy and ensure timely fulfillment by coordinating with internal teams.

Your role will also involve reviewing terms and conditions of purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.

As a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, you will provide prompt and courteous responses while managing vendor registrations and maintaining compliance with procurement systems. Additionally, you'll be responsible for accurate documentation and record-keeping in our CRM or ERP system, ensuring all communications and sales documents are organized and up-to-date, critical for effective sales operations.
