Pay range: $28.00/hr - $30.00/hr

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work tickets related to the maintenance of Bello Machre homes and office buildings. This full‑time position is Monday through Friday, 7:30 am–3:30 pm with a one‑hour paid lunch break (hours may vary based on department needs). The role includes a company vehicle and 24/7 on‑call duty for emergencies.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current driver’s license with no more than 5 points.
• General knowledge and skills in multiple trades (e.g., electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC).

• Complete work tickets as assigned, providing accurate written information before submission to supervisor.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical issues and perform corresponding repairs.
• Install electrical fixtures.
• Perform plumbing repairs such as repairing/replacing bath and kitchen sink traps, fixtures, baskets, hot water heaters, and related issues.
• Execute basic construction tasks, including flooring, drywall removal/replacement and repairs, trim work, assembly of storage sheds, and painting.
• Diagnose and assist with appliance repairs.
• Assist with moving household and office furniture.
• Conduct snow removal on Bello Machre property, ensuring a safe environment.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of Bello Machre employees and individuals during repair and construction work.
