Position Overview:

The Clinic Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring smooth and efficient clinic operations. This role requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Key responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, handling phone inquiries, and assisting with billing and insurance processes.
