Job Types: Full-time, Part‑time

Salary: $104,000–$114,000 per year (annualized base salary + incentive earnings, based on full‑time schedule)

Location‑Specific Offers:

  • Sign‑On Bonus – $10,000

Success Objectives
  • Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations
  • Be a key partner in developing patient care plans alongside the doctor, using the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines
  • Manage your schedule to allow for comprehensive patient care and education
  • Expand your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
Qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
  • Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
