Sport Clips Haircuts of Edwardsville (Glen Carbon) is a full‑time salon located at 102 Junction Drive, Glen Carbon, IL 62034. We offer licensed professionals a chance to develop salon management skills in a high‑traffic environment.

As a licensed salon manager you will receive one‑on‑one mentorship and gain experience leading a team, running daily operations, and keeping clients happy and loyal.

What you’ll learn in the MIT program:

• Coaching and managing a high‑performing stylist team
• Day‑to‑day salon operations (scheduling, inventory, etc.)
• Client service excellence and maintaining quality standards
• Strategies for increasing ticket averages and retail sales
• Key financials and performance metrics for salon success

What we’re looking for:

• Illinois cosmetology or barber license
• 1+ year of salon experience preferred
• Enthusiastic, team‑oriented personality
• Interest in growing into a leadership role
