Base pay range

$21.00/hr - $29.00/hr

Assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties to associates, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, providing direction and guidance to associates on member service approaches and techniques to ensure member complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting the Open Door Policy, participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates, maintaining safety of facility, overseeing e‑commerce programs, auditing online customer feedback, resolving complaints, identifying trends, supervising associates at e‑commerce pickup locations, executing pickup plan and processes, maintaining equipment readiness, visiting stores to evaluate performance, implementing projects to improve efficiencies, providing member service, maintaining sales floor and merchandise presentation, overseeing pick and staging of orders, communicating and implementing processes, ensuring compliance with ethics and policies, leading and participating in teams, building a culture of belonging, serving customers and members, delivering results while focusing on customer first, and striving for excellence.

Minimum:
Must be 18 years of age or older, able to complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired. Preferred:
