Job Description

As an Overnight Weekend Receptionist, you will greet visitors, manage phone calls, process community and resident mail, maintain visitor logs, and respond to resident emergencies based on community protocol.

Responsibilities
  • Greets all visitors entering the community, answers questions, ensures visitors sign guest sheets, and answers/directs phone calls to the proper residents and staff.
  • Sorts, delivers, and collects incoming/outgoing community and resident mail, and may be asked to perform basic office/clerical functions while maintaining visitor logs.
  • Responds to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.
Qualifications

You will:
• Have a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with visitors and residents.
• Handle phone calls and basic clerical tasks efficiently.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and community mail.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations per community protocol.
