The Manager, IT Infrastructure will be responsible for the stability, security, and scalability of the company’s IT environment, including networks, servers, cloud services, and end‑user support. This role ensures business continuity through effective infrastructure planning, monitoring, and incident response, while leading a team of IT professionals and contractors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of IT infrastructure management experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud services (Azure/AWS), and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing IT budgets and vendor contracts.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

• Relevant certifications (CCNP, MCSE, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect).
• Experience in a multi-location, field‑service or construction‑related industry.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments.
• Oversee network, server, and cloud infrastructure operations and security.
• Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and telecommunications.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and disaster recovery plans.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize reliability.
• Supervise IT support for regional offices and field operations.
