Automotive Sales Associate

Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced and non experienced Automotive Sales Associate's to join our growing team!

The right candidate 's should be ambitious, motivated, have good interpersonal skills, be "tech" savvy, and have the drive to be successful.

Day-to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customer's needs. We have a large new car, new truck, new suv, commercial vehicle, and used vehicle inventory to help you be successful!

Responsibilities:

Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life

Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses

Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings and the latest technologies

Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles

Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business

Learn to meet customer needs and thrive within sales situations

Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses

Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred but not necessary

Self-starter and ambitious spirit preferred

• Ability to learn about and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits

Exhibit good communication skills with customers and team members

Professional appearance

Valid driver’s license with good driving history
