Role Description

The Abbington is looking for a candidate to assist our Catering Sales Managers with their duties in selling, planning, & executing various types of events & functions. This individual may assist in conducting site tours & sales presentations; prepare appropriate paperwork for events including banquet event orders, floor plans, and invoices. The Catering Coordinator is expected to provide excellent customer service and maintain the Abbington standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist Catering Sales Managers with selling, planning, and executing events and functions.
• Conduct site tours and sales presentations.
• Prepare event paperwork, including banquet event orders, floor plans, and invoices.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold Abbington standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Possess a passion for exceptional customer service, attention to detail, 港期开奖 and be extremely guest driven.
• Must be wellಿಯಲ್ಲಿ organized, have excellent written & verbal communication skills, and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
• Schedule is flexible but must be willing to work approximately 3-5 days operar per week minimum. This would include Wednesday/Thursday evenings and Weekend morning/afternoons.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations preferred gobier but not required.
• Must be proficient in general computer knowledge and able to learn custom catering software.
• Valid Illinois driver's license & background check required.
