Roofing Laborer

Are you looking to build a long-term career in the roofing industry? At DDP Roofing Services, Inc., we are seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team as Roofing Laborers. No prior roofing experience? No problem - we are willing to train the right candidates who bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
What You'll Do
* Assist Roofers and Foremen with preparing job sites and installing a wide variety of roofing systems, including metal, shingles, single-ply systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM), slate, asphalt, and more.
* Keep job sites clean and safe by removing debris.
* Help with installation of insulation, vapor barriers, and overlapping roofing layers.
* Apply adhesives, caulking, sealants, and protective coatings.
* Assist with repairs by sealing cracks, defects, or damaged areas.
* Operate hand and power tools, as well as vehicles and equipment, as needed.
What We're Looking For
* Motivated individuals eager to learn and grow in the trade.
* Basic construction knowledge is a plus but not required - we'll train!
* Ability to work safely, follow instructions, and handle the physical demands of roofing work.
* A team player with good communication skills.
* Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
