Target Compensation: $55,000 starting base salary, transitioning to approximately $40,000 after 6–9 months, plus uncapped monthly commission.

• Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Conduct approximately 50–100 daily collection calls and maintain consistent customer follow-up.
• Negotiate payment plans and help business owners resolve past-due balances.
• Process payments, research discrepancies, and maintain accurate account documentation.
• Build productive customer relationships while driving monthly collection results.

• 1+ year of sales, collections, or phone-based customer-facing experience.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating payments, solutions, or customer agreements.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound phone conversations.
• Spanish fluency in speaking, reading, and writing is strongly preferred.
