LEARN THE BUSINESS FROM THE GROUND UP
Katherine Frank Creative is looking for a highly organized, motivated Account Services Coordinator to join our team in an entry-level role designed to provide hands‑on experience across the full lifecycle of our experiential, trade show, and branded‑environment business.
This position is an important part of how our client work gets done.
You will be directly responsible for estimating support, show services, exhibitor kits, event deadlines, credentials, documentation, and account coordination while working closely with our Account Executives, Project Managers, Creative team, Logistics, Finance, vendors, venues, and event partners.
This is not a traditional administrative role. You will be actively involved in the details that move client programs from planning through execution while developing an understanding of how creative work, budgets, vendors, show services, production, and client needs all come together.
The role is designed to teach you how Katherine Frank Creative operates from the ground up.
For someone who demonstrates strong performance, business judgment, communication skills, and an interest in continued growth, this position can create a foundation for future opportunities within the company, including a potential path toward an Account Executive role.
The first priority, however, is learning the business by becoming excellent at the work that supports it.
