The Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy, timelines, cost control, and customer satisfaction across all assigned projects. You will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals and contribute to a culture built on shared values, operational excellence, and long‑term client partnerships.

• Manage packaging projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines, specifications, and quality standards are met
• Track and manage quotes, estimates, RFQs, and project documentation
• Serve as a primary liaison between customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate artwork submission, proofing, revisions, and final approvals with customers
• Partner with sales teams on specific accounts to improve product presentation and packaging effectiveness
• Update existing packaging verbiage and specifications to align with product requirements and branding
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to confirm specifications and ensure timely deliverables
• Maintain accurate reporting related to sales activity, inventory, RFQs, and project timelines
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks for timely completion
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and operational efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience managing projects, timelines, or customer‑driven workflows in a packaging, manufacturing or distribution environment
• Experience with Point of Purchase (POP) displays and retail display packaging
• Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office, Outlook, and ERP systems
• High level of attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced production environment
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
