The Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy, timelines, cost control, and customer satisfaction across all assigned projects. You will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals and contribute to a culture built on shared values, operational excellence, and long‑term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage packaging projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines, specifications, and quality standards are met
- Track and manage quotes, estimates, RFQs, and project documentation
- Serve as a primary liaison between customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate artwork submission, proofing, revisions, and final approvals with customers
- Partner with sales teams on specific accounts to improve product presentation and packaging effectiveness
- Update existing packaging verbiage and specifications to align with product requirements and branding
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to confirm specifications and ensure timely deliverables
- Maintain accurate reporting related to sales activity, inventory, RFQs, and project timelines
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks for timely completion
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and operational efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience managing projects, timelines, or customer‑driven workflows in a packaging, manufacturing or distribution environment
- Experience with Point of Purchase (POP) displays and retail display packaging
- Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office, Outlook, and ERP systems
- High level of attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced production environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
