About the Role
Join Western Specialty Contractors as a Construction Sales Project Manager and help us bring our 110‑year legacy of building quality and community to new projects across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in fulfilling branch marketing goals and achieving sales goals.
- Perform takeoffs from blueprints and existing structures; develop estimates, write client proposals, administer contracts, develop project schedules and costings, supervise projects, and ensure quality control.
- Prepare customer billings and assist in collection efforts as necessary.
- Conduct ongoing business development with architects, owners, engineers, and general contractors.
- Initiate sales opportunities for Western’s services in concrete/masonry restoration, waterproofing, etc.
- Implement branch marketing action plans to educate new and existing customers about our services.
- Maintain relationships with current and potential clients to market services and grow customer base.
- Provide customer support from project start to finish and maintain contact during and after completion.
- Accurately estimate and price all work to maximize volume and profitability.
- Prepare client proposals and follow up to close the sale.
- Monitor and supervise deployment of all projects to ensure quality and timely execution.
- Coordinate with Superintendent and Foreman to meet customer/contact requirements and timelines.
- Document, coordinate, and communicate project change orders to field and customer; maintain complete job files.
- Assist in training and development of sales and field personnel to enhance company quality.
- Ensure accurate and timely billings and assist in collections as required.
- Maintain technical expertise through seminars and training programs.
- Contribute to operating effectiveness by building internal and external branch relationships.
- Join and participate in industry‑related organizations to increase networking and create new opportunities for work.
- 4+ years experience in commercial construction (concrete and masonry restoration preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong sales and project management skills; stronger sales skills are especially appreciated.
- Thorough knowledge of the construction industry.
Pay range: $80,000—$130,000 USD. Compensation is based on experience, skill, equity, and market benchmarks.
