Automotive Office & Switchboard Operator
Glendale Nissan – IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for Service Cashier / Switchboard Operator.
Full & Part Time positions available, Night, Days and Saturday shifts available.
Responsibilities- Answer switchboard & route calls.
- Assist customers with basic dealership information.
- Receive & process all cash & credit card payments.
- Maintain daily records of all cashier transactions.
- Perform related clerical duties.
- Stock cars and maintain key track machines for the sales department.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced business while multitasking.
- Working knowledge of computers (currently on ADP/CDK system).
- Professional appearance & attitude.
- Pre‑placement drug screen.
- Bilingual in English, Spanish, Polish is a plus!
- Auto dealer experience is preferred but will train the right person.
- Day shifts & Night shifts available, Part time & Full Time.
- Night shift (11am to 8pm & Saturday, with one day off during the week).
- Day Shift (M - F, 7am - 4pm).
- Part time Position also available.
