Join Our Evening Team as a Guest Service Representative at Tricoci University. As an Evening Guest Service Representative, you will be the voice of Tricoci University during evening hours, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for guests and students.

• Greet guests and students with a friendly demeanor as they arrive or contact us
• Handle phone calls and inquiries promptly, providing detailed information about our programs and services
• Schedule and confirm appointments for beauty services and educational tours
• Maintain accurate records and detailed documentation of guest interactions
• Resolve guest concerns and feedback in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a smooth operation and a high level of guest satisfaction
• Assist with various administrative tasks to support evening operations

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or customer service is preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or guest relations is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse clientele
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• A positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday 5:00-10:00pm CST

Salary range: $15.00–$16.20/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
