Your RoleAs a Night Esthetics Instructor, you will inspire and educate students in skincare, makeup, and beauty treatments during evening sessions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive theoretical and practical instructional sessions in esthetics.
- Evaluate and assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Create an organized and inspiring classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Develop and update curriculum aligned with current industry standards and practices.
- Collaborate with faculty to maintain high educational standards.
- Must have a valid Illinois State Educator License for Beauty Culture.
- Experience in the esthetics field is preferred.
- Prior teaching or instructional experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A strong dedication to mentoring and guiding future beauty professionals.
- Ability to modify teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Availability for evening classes, Monday through Friday, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM CST.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.00 and $23.00/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, training, licensure, certifications, geographic location, market factors, and departmental budgets.
