Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $/yr

Salary Range: $80,000 – $105,000/yr.

We are seeking an experienced and bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Manager to join our team in the food manufacturing industry. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of working with warehouse and plant floor employees, including experience managing relationships with temporary staffing agencies and supporting a diverse workforce.

• Lead and oversee all HR functions for a fast-paced manufacturing facility
• Partner with leadership to support and enhance employee relations, performance management, and compliance
• Manage temp agency partnerships and onboarding of temporary workers
• Develop and implement HR policies and programs in alignment with business goals
• Foster a positive work environment, ensuring effective communication across all levels
• Provide guidance on employment law, safety, and compliance in a manufacturing setting
• Support training and development initiatives across the plant

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in manufacturing environments
• bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Direct experience working with temp workers and agencies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with plant-level employees
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a significant plus
• On-site role in a dynamic, high-volume manufacturing facility
• Regular interaction with plant floor personnel and warehouse teams
