Senior Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift (Bilingual) at Clyde’s Donuts

Location:

85 West Army Trail Road, Glendale Heights, IL

Schedule:

Sunday to Friday (Sixth Day Pay Offered)
Shift: 3rd – 9:30pm to 6:30am

• Oversee startup, adjustment, and setup of line, packaging, and labeling machinery
• Manage product changeovers, lunch periods, and breaks; complete end‑of‑shift handoff
• Review daily production schedules and adjust labor, ingredients, and packaging materials as needed
• Inspect raw and finished products, adjust equipment when conformance standards are not met
• Prepare and evaluate production reports
• Conduct continual review of KPIs; recommend process improvements for safety, housekeeping, sanitation, efficiency, and waste reduction
• Act as a positive team leader; address performance issues, hold employees accountable, resolve complaints, and train staff
• Monitor and enforce safe work standards; conduct daily safety inspections, toolbox talks, accident investigations, and corrective actions
• Enforce food safety, quality, and GMP requirements; report issues to production, food safety, or quality leadership
• Master company policies, procedures, and cultural norms; serve as a role model and coach

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Economics, Engineering preferred)
• Food processing or packaging supervisory experience in an automated, high‑speed packaging environment
• Working knowledge of GMPs, SQF, safety practices, and OSHA regulations
• Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, Power Point
• Analytical and data‑driven; methodical problem‑solver
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Preferred: LEAN experience;
  Spanish language helpful but not required

• Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency
• Calm, steady demeanor in fast‑paced environments
• Enthusiastic about safety, quality, and customer experience
• Principled, honest, and ethical
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized
• Collaborative with a desire and ability to train and mentor employees

• Base salary range: $85,000 to $100,000
• Eligible for additional 6th‑day pay: $13,000 to $16,500 annually
• Eligible for annual bonus

Work Environment & Physical Demands: exposure to moving mechanical parts, wet/humid or extreme hot/cold conditions, noise, dust, fumes, standing/walking on slippery floors, lifting up to 50 lbs. Standard production supervisor duties.
