Job Description

We are currently hiring dependable Parts Loaders to join a growing manufacturing team in Carol Stream, IL. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start or grow their careers in manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations.

As a Parts Loader, you will load parts and materials into production equipment, move materials throughout the facility, and inspect parts to help ensure quality standards are met. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Looking for an opportunity to grow? After 3 months, employees may have the opportunity to be considered for Machine Operator or Forklift Driver positions, offering the potential for higher pay and additional skills.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Monday–Friday, full-time schedule with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Load parts and materials onto conveyors and production equipment.
• Use pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facility.
• Supply components to hoppers, indexing poles, and conveyor systems.
• Visually inspect parts for defects and sort or separate defective materials.
• Load, move, push, and pull bins and materials as needed.
• Frequently lift and move parts weighing approximately 10–25 pounds.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Follow written and verbal instructions to meet production goals.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.

Requirements

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials throughout the shift.
• Attention to detail when inspecting parts for quality.
• Dependability, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus, but not required.
