Shift Manager

This position is at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, which is the sole employer and responsible for all hiring, firing, and scheduling decisions.

• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during each shift to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Plan shift schedules and monitor performance to meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and profitability goals.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth handover.
• Help departments meet their targets and overall shift objectives.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Passion for operating in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
