Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty, Ulta Beauty) (T0836) rting Hourly Rate is $17.00 USD per hour. Pay Range is $17.00 USD - $25.50 USD per hour.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and to solve and support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising and signing.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by circulating merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and drive-up while complying with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs; thank guests for shopping at Target.
• All other duties as required by business needs.

• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay composed while managing multiple tasks.
• Capable of handling cash register operations as needed.
• Physical requirements:
  
  ability to lift up to 44 pounds with reasonable assistance; occasional ladder use; ability to work in varying temperatures and environments.
