Our team is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk for a growing organization in Glendale, AZ. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates with strong organizational skills and an interest in developing their career in accounting.
Key Responsibilities- Perform data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger transactions
- Assist with invoice processing and expense report management
- Prepare and maintain financial records and documentation
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Communicate with internal staff and external vendors to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
- Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check
