The Store Manager is responsible for overall store performance both financial and operational, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through expense control, human resource management and operating cost management.

• Ensures each customer receives outstanding service by maintaining store standards, solid product knowledge, conducting call backs and meeting time commitments.
• Handles escalated customer complaints.

• Sets expectations, communicates regularly with employees and holds the management team accountable for job responsibilities, training and goals.
• Conducts performance evaluations for all employees at regular intervals.

• Analyzes business trends; develops and implements plans to maximize sales and meet margin targets.
• Writes up customers in POS system.
• Answers phone calls.
• Inventory control.

• Five or more years of experience in an auto repair shop management position or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry.
• Previous experience managing and coaching team members to success through effective communication and business development.
• Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clearly defined goals.
• Consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals.
• Preferred, but not required, experience as an Automotive Technician or similar position.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current or expired State Inspector License or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Ability to work Monday – Saturday.
