DC Operations Specialist – Designer Brands

Responsibilities- Engage operational leadership, partner departments, and production associates by identifying, communicating, and maintaining service levels, quality expectations, and productivity.
- Monitor and maintain inbound and outbound flows in the distribution center through the use of DC automation and systems.
- Provide leadership and support to operations by serving as a functional subject matter expert for warehouse management and warehouse control systems.
- Effectively move between operational areas and apply experience and skills to support business needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 1–3 years hands‑on experience with WMS applications and WCS software.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all roles in the distribution environment.
- Advanced experience with operational reporting tools, including development, execution, and maintenance using queries, Access, Excel, and other software applications.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business manuals and instructions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in personal and group settings.
