• Develop and maintain the knowledge management technology infrastructure and strategy
• Facilitate the gathering and documentation of requirements with business and technology partners
• Monitor and evaluate knowledge management programs and external benchmarking opportunities

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience in knowledge management or records management
• 6-8 years of knowledge management, consulting, or related experience
• Strong experience with M365, including configuration and user education
• 6+ years of program/project management experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a consultative role

• Experience in Intranet development and operations
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to enhance knowledge sharing behaviors
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about business processes
