Field Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive Field Coordinator (FC) to join our team. The FC will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities on-site, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring that work is performed safely, efficiently, and in line with project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site logistics, deliveries, and subcontractor activities.
• Maintain site office documentation (schedules, tasks, reports, inspection logs).
• Monitor project progress, update schedules, and report delays to the Project Manager.
• Lead daily subcontractor meetings and attend GC coordination meetings.
• Conduct QA/QC audits and ensure required sign-offs are obtained.
• Manage site safety, including orientations, safety meetings, and review of subcontractor safety plans.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports and contribute to lessons learned.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a field coordination, site supervision, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, site logistics, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and erection procedures.
• Proficiency with reporting and scheduling tools (Smartsheet experience is an asset).
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
