Be responsible for ticket sales to shows and events;
Focus on each patrons order and fulfill in an accurate and timely manner;
Accurately dispense tickets as requested by patrons using ticketing software and process purchases made in person and by phone, when necessary;
Maintain accurate count when selling hard tickets or access computer for count of computer printed tickets;
Verify and distribute 'Will Call' tickets to patrons;
Complete daily ticket sales report.
