The largest independent multi-specialty group in the Phoenix, Arizona, area is adding additional Family Medicine Physicians due to growth and retirements. We are a network of more than 70 Providers offering Primary Care, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, Neurology, Endocrinology, and Behavioral Health.
About the Opportunity- Option for a 4- or 5-day work week
- Need in Glendale, AZ office
- Total outpatient
- Call is 2-3 times per month
- Athena EMR
- Join a team of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
- See approximately 23 patients per day
- Partnership option
- Base salary ($300K range+) plus RVU and value-based incentives

- Phoenix area is known for its year-round sun and warm temperatures. It anchors a sprawling, multi-city metropolitan area known as the Valley of the Sun, which is renowned for its high-end spa resorts
